PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Experience building, assuring and optimising portfolio services enabling organisations to understand how their delivery plans are mapped to the strategic objectives of the business. Provided services for delivery assurance by designing and implementing delivery frameworks.
PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO)
Significant expertise in mobilisation and running of a variety of programme management offices for large transformation programmes. Have also conducted health checks on PMOs with executing recommendations, ensuring full controls in place to monitor and oversee execution including the right PMO staffing.
